मत्स्य न्याय, एक प्राचीन भारतीय दर्शन है जो मत्स्य नियम के सिद्धांत का उल्लेख करता है। इसे प्रकृति के मूलभूत नियम के रूप में वर्णित किया गया है, जिसकी व्याख्या इस कहावत द्वारा की गई है कि बड़ी मछली छोटी मछली को खा जाती है, अर्थात बलवान दुर्बल को खा जाता है। इसे ‘जंगल के नियम’ के समान माना जा सकता है। सरल शब्दों में, जब अव्यवस्था होती है, तो बलवान दुर्बल पर हावी हो जाता है। यह गीत दो महात्माओं के ज्ञानपूर्ण शब्दों से प्रेरित है जो हिंदुओं को चेतावनी दे रहे हैं और उन्हें एहसास दिला रहे हैं कि भविष्य में सभी हिंदुओं के लिए एक बड़ा खतरा क्या होने वाला है।

भारतीय न्यायपालिका में 5 करोड़ से अधिक मामले लंबित हैं, जो इस बात का संकेत है कि यह राष्ट्रीय हित की सेवा करने के बजाय एक अत्यधिक भ्रष्ट साधन बन चुकी है। हम अपनी अदालतों द्वारा सत्ता और संविधान के इस भयावह दुरुपयोग से तंग आ चुके हैं, विशेषकर बहुसंख्यक हिंदू समुदाय के विरुद्ध। न्यायपालिका के लिए अभी भी आशा है कि वह आत्म-चिंतन और विवेक प्राप्त करे और तत्काल सुधार करे, क्योंकि यदि जनता अन्याय के विरुद्ध लड़ाई शुरू कर दे, तो हम एक विकसित राष्ट्र का सपना साकार कभी नहीं कर पाएंगे।
